Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booked session are eligible for a refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the session start time are non0refundable and non-transferable.

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or the option to rebook will be offered.
