What ages is the play village suitable for?

 

We have two areas:

    •    Baby Area (0–16 months) with soft play and sensory toys.

    •    Play Village (16 months–6 years) full of role-play houses, shops and activities.

 

Do adults have to pay?

 

No – adults go free! Each booking allows up to two adults per child.

 

How long is each session?

 

Sessions last 90 minutes, giving plenty of time to explore, play and enjoy.

 

Do I need to book in advance?

 

Yes, booking online is essential as spaces are limited. Walk-ins may only be accepted if space allows and will still be limited to the time slot regardless of walk in time.

 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

 

Only baby food and bottles are permitted. All other food and drink must be purchased from our café.

 

Do children need to wear socks?

 

Yes – all walking children must wear non-slip grip socks in the play areas for safety. You are welcome to bring your own, we will also have a selection for sale.

 

Who supervises the children?

 

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. 

 

Do you cater for children with additional needs?

 

Yes, all children are welcome. Please contact us in advance with specific needs so we can help make your visit comfortable.

 

Do you host parties?

 

Yes! We offer a range of party packages including exclusive use of areas and café catering.

 

Is there parking available?

 

Yes, there is free parking on-site.

 

What happens if my child is unwell?

 

Please do not visit if your child has had symptoms such as sickness, diarrhoea or chickenpox within the last 48 hours
