Postnatal & Baby Yoga- Nurture, Connect, Restore

 

This heart-led postnatal and baby yoga class is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect — with your body, your breath and your baby. Designed especially for the fourth trimester and beyond, this class offers a loving space to honour your journey into motherhood.

Each session weaves together soothing breathwork, gentle yoga designed to support postnatal recovery and somatic practices to help you reconnect with yourself with compassion and curiosity. 

With your baby by your side (or snuggled in your arms), you’ll enjoy moments of conscious connection through movement, touch, sound and play.

There’s no expectation here — just space to be. Some days you may move, some days you may simply rest. Both are welcome.

 

What to expect from class:

* Calming breathwork to soothe the nervous system and ease stress.

* Gentle yoga and mobility to support healing and rebuild strength safely.

* Somatic body connection practices for grounding, release and deeper self-awareness.

* Intentional bonding time with baby through movement and presence.

* Snuggly rest time for mama and baby — because slowing down is sacred.

 

Come as you are — tired, tender, joyful, messy — and leave feeling more held, connected and nourished from the inside out.

 

An early morning class to help you go into your day feeling more grounded, calm and present. 

 

For babies 8 weeks+ (this class is for non crawlers but sitting babies welcome).
